The “Taste of Spring ” is currently being held, offering dishes that highlight Okinawa’s rich ingredients and bring the feeling of spring to your plate.
For lunch, you can enjoy spaghetti finished with rich Parmigiano Reggiano, along with “Agu pork savory meatballs and spring cabbage in a tomato hot pot,” as well as “smoked chicken and sakura shrimp pizza,” where you can also delight in the aromas.
For dinner, we offer “roast beef of sirloin and garlic shrimp,” as well as Norwegian salmon marinated with black sugar from Ie Island and spices, paired with a creamy sauce of red onion and herbs, served with a cutting service. We also have “octopus and mozuku seaweed with avocado jelly,” made with Okinawa mozuku seaweed, among other dishes.
