ODEN TO SAKE

Please enjoy Shinshu sake over a kotatsu with creative oden.

ODEN TO SAKE ”, a special bar where guests can enjoy Shinshu sake while sampling the hotel chef’s creative oden dishes, will be open for a limited time only.
A dome tent will be erected on the terrace, and a kotatsu, a Japanese low table, will be provided inside to enjoy the Japanese atmosphere.
Please enjoy a moment of harmony with your family and friends around the kotatsu.

*Kotatsu is a table with an electric heater attached to the underside of the table and a blanket that covers all four sides and traps the heat underneath.

Broth:Dashi made with bonito and kombu
Condiments:Shinshu miso & Shimonita leek miso paste, bonito flakes

Condiments:Basil, Parmesan cheese with a hint of black pepper

Broth:Chicken bone broth
Condiments:Japanese mustard, spicy mala sauce

・Locally sourced mushrooms from Nagano

・Boiled dumplings
