Musashi-Kyuryo National Government Park

The Musashi-Kyuryo National Government Park in Namegawa, Saitama, opened in 1974 as part of a series of initiatives to commemorate the Centennial of the Meiji Restoration and was the first national park of its kind in Japan.
In this vast park, which is around 65 times the size of Tokyo Dome, visitors can enjoy the scenery, trees, and flowers of the different seasons.
Highlights include poppy and nemophilia in spring, mountain lily and petunia in summer, cockscomb and autumn colors in fall, as well as camellia and plum blossoms in winter.

Also found in the park are the largest air trampoline in Japan “Pompoko Mountain,” a wading pool, an adventure playground, bicycle rental services, segway tours, and other activities.
There are also two restaurants and a BBQ area in the park.
