This course offers vegetarian and vegan dishes made using plant-based seasonings and ingredients. Along with promoting the SDGs, it offers a new way to enjoy Chinese cuisine. Each dish is prepared with special attention to the vegetables so as to avoid using any of the five pungent roots. Enjoy Chinese cuisine exquisitely arranged with a splash of color.
*Five pungent roots: Odorous vegetables that are forbidden for religious purposes. Mainly chives, garlic, scallions, onions, and green onions.
