We are writing to inform you of changes to our in-room cleaning service during consecutive stays, as outlined below.
In our efforts to protect the environment, room cleaning during your stay will only be provided upon request.
If you wish to have your room cleaned, please notify us by 9:00 A.M. on the same day, and our staff will come to clean your room after 11:00 A.M.
However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accommodate requests for no cleaning for three consecutive nights. If you do not request cleaning for consecutive days, our staff will clean your room on the third day, regardless of prior requests.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Effective date: This policy will apply to guests arriving on or after Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
To request cleaning, please hang the card labeled “Please clean” on the outside door handle of your room.
Until Monday, October 14, 2024 (a public holiday), if you wish to decline cleaning services, please inform the front desk.
