We will provide Kinmedai shabu-shabu, Kinmedai Sakura Salt Kama-yaki (grilled Kinmedai wrapped in cherry blossom leaves), and Kinmedai Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). For dessert, please enjoy matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture and sakura mochi (cherry blossom rice cake).
