At KOMYO Lounge, I aim to offer guests a cohesive gastronomic experience by harmonising food and beverages. We strive to ensure that the dishes and drinks complement each other, creating an integrated work of art to savour.

To further explore fine dining possibilities, I transitioned from chef to Sommelière, delving into the world of wine. The moments when the combination of food and wine enhances each other’s flavours moved me profoundly, inspiring me to pursue this field more deeply. Additionally, I obtained a bartender’s certification, allowing me to explore cocktail pairings and share the joy of gastronomy with our guests.
